Terms of Use
Effective August 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Pith. Read them carefully — they affect your legal rights.
Using Pith
You may use Pith for personal or business productivity. Don't use it to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access if you do.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity in your account, the data you put in it, and keeping your credentials safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Paid plans — Pro and Ultra — are billed through your Apple ID and renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Refunds follow Apple's standard App Store rules. Each paid plan carries a monthly allowance of AI voice commands, stated on the purchase screen and counted per calendar month in UTC. When it runs out, voice stops until the month turns over; the rest of the app is unaffected. We may change an allowance as the service evolves, and will tell you before reducing one you are already paying for.
Content
You own the tasks, projects, and content you create. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the service.
Termination
You can stop using Pith and delete your account at any time. We may end the service for any account that violates these terms.
No warranty
Pith is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use it at your own risk.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or laws change. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
