Support
Something not working, or a question the app does not answer? Here is how to reach us, and the answers to the things people ask first.
Getting help
Email andrii.melnykov2011@gmail.com. Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and include your iOS version and the app version printed at the bottom of the You tab. One person reads every message; expect a reply within two working days.
Subscriptions
Pro and Ultra are auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel them on your iPhone under Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your subscription active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles every refund for App Store purchases, and we have no way to issue one. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought with. If the reason is something broken in Pith, write to us as well so we can fix it.
Restoring a purchase
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall from the You tab and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase. Your subscription is tied to that account, not to the device.
Deleting your account
You tab › your profile › Delete account. Deletion is immediate, and the workspaces you own are deleted with it, along with their tasks and projects. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that separately under Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Using Pith without an account
The matrix, the Now view, the calendar and up to two projects work with no account at all, entirely on your device. An account is what makes cloud sync, shared workspaces and delegation possible — nothing else asks for one.
Voice commands
Voice capture is part of Pro. Speech is turned into text by iOS itself and Pith never records or stores the audio. Pith asks iOS to keep recognition on the device, which happens where the offline model for your language is installed; where it is not, iOS sends the audio to Apple instead. Simple commands are then understood on your device by Apple Intelligence and never leave it; longer ones go to Anthropic's Claude API with the context needed to act on them. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is sent.
Reporting a bug
Send the steps that reproduce it, a screenshot if the problem is visible, and roughly when it happened — crash reports carry a timestamp but no personal data, so the time is what lets us match your report to one.
