Privacy Policy

Effective April 29, 2026

This policy explains what data Pith collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your account email and display name, the tasks/projects/workspaces you create, and basic device + crash data needed to keep the app working.

How we use it

To run Pith, sync your data across devices, send transactional email (sign-in, invites), and improve reliability. We don't sell your data.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in the EU region. Email delivery uses Resend. Crash + analytics data uses Firebase.

Sharing

Workspace data is shared with the members of that workspace. We don't share your personal data with third parties except the processors listed above.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, leave or delete workspaces, and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

On the web, we use a single session cookie for sign-in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Pith is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We'll update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
